Directions
Toast the pine nuts.Heating them until golden brings out their unique flavour. In a frying pan, it will only take around 2-5 minutes to toast pine nuts – watch them carefully, they will go from brown to burnt quickly.
Spread the salad leaves on a serving dish. Top with slices of watermelon, and prosciutto. Drizzle the salad with raspberry dressing, then sprinkle with the toasted pine nuts. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
