Gisborne was where we started, with its deep rich soil and climate offering an advantage over other regions. The East Coast farm is still our biggest stretch of land, and now with our salad house located just down the road.
It’s a hub for broccoli, lettuce, salad leaf, sweetcorn, watermelon and squash with high sunshine hours and a warm climate.
Flat, open fields help us harvest produce efficiently and quickly for processing, keeping it as fresh as possible from garden gate to dinner plate.
