WATERMELON FRIES WITH STAWBERRY yOGHURT dIP

Directions

Remove from skin and rind from the watermelon. Slice the watermelon into thin sticks, fry shape.

To Make the strawberry dip:

In a blender add ½ cup Greek yoghurt, 3 strawberries and honey.

Assemble the watermelon fries on a platter & serve the strawberry dip on the side in a small bowl.

A great lunch box addition or healthy snack
