Directions
Remove from skin and rind from the watermelon. Slice the watermelon into thin sticks, fry shape.
To make the Strawberry dip:
In a blender add Greek yoghurt, strawberries and honey.
Assemble the watermelon fries on a platter & serve the strawberry dip on the side in a small bowl.
A great lunch box addition or healthy snack.
