Directions
In a large bowl combine the LeaderBrand Ranchslaw (reserve the Homestyle Dressing) noodles, salmon, coriander, peanuts and chilli. Gently toss together.
In a small bowl whisk the homestyle dressing with half the sesame seeds, lime zest and juice.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss together.
Transfer to a serving platter and top with remaining sesame seeds, extra coriander and peanuts.
*this salad also works well with grilled prawns or shredded chicken.

- 125g cooked rice stick noodles,
- 125g hot smoked salmon, flaked
- ¼ cup coriander leaves, chopped or torn
- ¼ cup roasted peanuts, chopped
- 1 red chilli, halved seeds removed and sliced
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tsp black sesame seeds
- 1 lime, zest & juice
- Fresh coriander & extra peanuts to serve
