Spinach smoothie bombs.

Add the spinach, water, and frozen mango to a blender. Blitz till smooth. Pour into a silicone mold. Place into the freezer for 4 hours to set.

Beetroot smoothie bombs

Add the beetroot, water, and strawberries to a blender. Blitz till smooth. Pour into a silicone mold. Place into the freezer for 4 hours to set.

To make one smoothie, remove the two smoothie cubes from the silicone mold. Combine with your favorite milk, nut butter’s or fruit and vegetables. Blitz till smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
