rANCHSLAW WITH sILVERBEET & mINT dRESSING
Tip Ranchslaw salad into a large bowl. Wash and trim silverbeet of the stalks, and cut the leaves into a fine shred.
Mix together the included Ranchslaw Homestyle dressing with the mint sauce. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss together to coat all the vegetables. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Tip the salad onto a platter or bowl with and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Keep chilled until ready to serve.
