Broccoli with TĀwari honey, lemon & butter sauce
Prepare the broccoli by cutting into florets. Trim the stem and slice into pieces as well.
Heat water in a double boiler steamer, or using a bamboo steamer. Place the broccoli florets in the steamer and cook for 5 minutes until tender, but still bright green. Alternatively, place in a microwaveable dish, cover and cook on HIGH for 4 minutes.
Heat the honey, lemon juice and butter together in a small saucepan over a low heat, until melted together. Season with pepper and salt to taste.
When broccoli cooked pour over the honey and butter mix and toss together to cover the florets. Serve immediately as a side to your main dish.
