
Directions
Using a sharp knife, cut around the stalk of the iceberg lettuce. Pull out the stalk to remove. Gently peel off the outer leaves. Rinse and pat dry.
Place the iceberg lettuce leaf onto a chopping board. Cut through the stalk and the bottom of the leaf. Imagine the iceberg lettuce leaf being divided into four quadrants. Divide the ingredients between each quadrant.
Starting at the bottom left quarter, fold in a clockwise motion bottom left to top right, top left to top right and fold down to the bottom left quarter.
Cut in half and serve.
