Directions
Pre-heat oven to 220°C, grill.
Snap off the woody ends of the asparagus.
Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of prosciutto, starting at the bottom and spiraling up to the top.
Place the asparagus onto a lined baking tray. Brush the asparagus with olive oil. Grill in the oven for at 220°C for 5-7 minutes till crispy. Turn the asparagus at the halfway cooking mark.
Season the ricotta cheese with pepper.
Toast the sour dough
To serve
Spread the ricotta cheese onto the toast, layer on the asparagus & drizzle over the hot chili infused honey.
