Water is a key component to our Salad House.
With the likelihood of several more weeks of restrictions in Gisborne, we decided to use a bit of our LeaderBrand ingenuity. We’re now trucking in our own treated water from our greenhouse dam to our processing plant.
We’re not quite back to full capacity but you’ll start to see more of your favourite salads back on supermarket shelves.
