Senior Brand Manager
LeaderBrand Produce Ltd is one of New Zealand’s largest independent vegetable growing, processing and marketing companies. Currently our sales office based in Pukekohe is on the lookout for a dynamic, innovative Senior Brand Manager who is dedicated to driving growth and establishing our brand as a leader in the industry.

We are looking for a hands on and down to earth person, who is able to focus on our customers, their needs and achieving support for their businesses with the ability to ‘Push Yourself’ outside of the norm.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies to enhance our brand’s presence in the market. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and provide strategic guidance to ensure brand consistency and maximize brand performance.
About The Role

- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to promote brand awareness, drive customer loyalty, and increase market share.
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Define brand positioning, messaging, and target audience to effectively communicate brand value and benefits.
- Oversee the development of creative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling visual and written brand assets.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, track market trends, and propose necessary adjustments to brand strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of brand initiatives and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
- Manage brand budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize return on investment.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, and apply innovative ideas to enhance brand performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5years of experience in brand management, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, market research, and consumer insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and brand aesthetics.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in utilizing brand management tools and software.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
