Sales & Customer Service – Pukekohe

Our Pukekohe team are looking for an a reliable, proactive, and adaptable individual with a passion for sales and customer service. This is a full-time role available to start now.

Our team is based in Pukekohe, Auckland and currently operates between the hours of 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday, working 40hrs per week.

Working within the LeaderBrand Pukekohe Sales & Marketing team you are customer facing, representing our business and our products to a high standard daily.  With your peers and customers, you will contribute to developing an understanding of our products show-casing great attention to detail through personal engagement, building strong relationships within our team, customers and the wider business.

About The Role

As a Sales & Customer Service representative you will be a primary point of contact for our customer queries by answering incoming calls and emails. You will have the responsibility for ensuring our customers are provided accurate and professional assistance. We are committed to excellence of delivery to our customers, while making sure we have some fun and not taking ourselves too seriously on the way there.

We are looking for a Sales & Customer Service champion who wants to learn and be exposed to different environments that will build your skills and knowledge.  If you own a great attitude with good energy, strong time management skills and aspirations for growth, then please get in touch.

Daily communication is a must within our buying teams, making sure service levels are kept to a high standard.  Processing of orders must maintain accuracy and timeliness, along with chasing and resolving queries from our customers.

About You

Reporting into one of our business managers, we are seeking someone who has a great attitude, is proactive, a good communicator, and plans well with a high level of integrity.  Our ideal candidate will offer:

  • A genuine passion for customer service
  • Processing daily sales and invoicing – keeping the clients updated
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to be flexible and take changes in your stride
  • Experience in a customer service or administration environment
  • Excellent communication skills including strong grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills for effective email correspondence
  • Excel at working in a collaborative environment, providing ideas and solutions to both internal and external customers
  • Experience in Microsoft office systems i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams etc
  • Ideally a couple of years’ experience in a similar role.
