About The Role

The Management Administrator role is a diverse role that will require you to stretch your skillset! Fostering strong professional internal and external relationships, streamlining data input, promoting HR and Health and Safety practices, and maintaining, developing, and improving financial and operational practices and systems are the must have skills to be successful in this role.

Essential skills and experience we are looking for:

  • A minimum of five years’ experience in administration (or similar) role 
  • Experience coordinating HR administration 
  • Be proficient with computer systems and software 
  • Exceptional organisational and administrative skills 
  • Have excellent communication and people skills 
  • Have a strong understanding and passion for Health & Safety practices.
