You’ll support the team based at our state-of-the-art workshop, which is nestled between our nursery, vineyard, and ever-changing crops. Enjoy the hum of our hardworking crew as they keep our farm machinery in top shape and be a key player in maintaining LeaderBrand’s high standards.

About The Role

In this role, you will:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and reception duties.
  • Utilise your expertise in accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and month-end reporting, leveraging software like Excel and Smartsheet.
  • Quickly develop proficiency in AgriSmart, Linkfresh, Nupoint and Mango
  • Manage assets and compliance.
  • Provide comprehensive support to our close-knit team.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the Company’s growth.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • Possesses a positive and team-oriented attitude.
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software, and payroll systems.
  • Exhibits a keen eye for detail and accuracy with numerical data.
  • Thrives on challenges and readily embraces new technologies.
  • Maintains a high level of independence and initiative.
  • Can build strong relationships within other areas of the business.
  • Is adaptable and can pitch in and help out when needed.

In addition (preferred):

  • Experience in accounts and administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in learning and adapting to new IT systems.
  • Fundamental knowledge of farm machinery.
