Sales Executive – Retail

Working within the Sales & Marketing team delivering great customer service and maintaining relationships. You will need to be inquisitive and approachable to learn from your peers and our customers in order to develop you’re understating of our products, our industry and our customers.

About The Role

Reporting into one of our Business Managers, we are looking for a Sales Executive who wants to learn and be exposed to different environments that will build your skills and knowledge. Someone who has a great attitude with good energy, strong time management and aspirations for growth.

Customer Service

  • Be positive and proactive with our customers, representing our business and products to a high standard
  • Daily communication with buying teams, making sure service levels are high
  • Processing of orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness are maintained
  • Chasing and resolving queries from customers.

  • Assist with forecasting of volumes and communication to our wider team
  • Computer literate, well-spoken and clear
  • Be proactive when you see opportunity or risk, with clear communication
  • Build relationships with your peers and your customers.
