Snap off the woody ends of the Asparagus. Cut the broccoli into smaller pieces.  

Heat a large frying pan to medium heat. Add the butter. When the butter has melted add the garlic and chili. Sauté till soft but don’t let it brown. Add in the broccoli and asparagus sauté for 4 minutes. Squeeze in the juice of half the lemon. Season with salt and pepper.  

Remove from the heat.  

To assemble and serve. 

Add the spinach to a large bowl, add the asparagus, broccoli and feta cheese, sprinkle in the almonds and toss.
