Directions
Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a large frying pan or barbecue over medium-high heat. Season the steak generously with salt and pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking. Remove from the pan and loosely cover with foil to rest.
Toss the LeaderBrand Rocketslaw with the included creamy lemon mayonnaise.
Toast the bread slices until light brown and place on serving plates. Spread with wholegrain mustard and top with tomato slices. Season the tomato slices with salt and pepper and top with a generous serve of LeaderBrand Rocketslaw.
Thinly slice the rested steak against the grain, arrange slices on top of the Rocketslaw and finish with shaved parmesan.
