Directions
In a bowl combine all the sauce ingredients and whisk together until smooth. Place into the fridge while preparing the other ingredients.
Shred the LeaderBrand Iceberg lettuce, set-aside.
Dice the onion.
Add the minced beef into a large bowl and season generously with salt and pepper.
Roll the mince into 8 x 150g balls
Place each ball between two pieces of baking paper and flatten into 14cm round shape.
Heat a large Griddle pan with oil and cook on either side for 2-3 minutes. When the burger is cooked on one side, flip and add the cheese on top to melt. You may need to cook in batches.
Remove the burgers from the pan.
To assemble:
Spread the special burger sauce over the bottom burger bun. Top with diced onion, shredded LeaderBrand iceberg lettuce, cheesy burger Pattie and dill pickles. Place another bottom burger bun on top for the middle burger bun and repeat with adding the sauce, onion, shredded LeaderBrand Iceberg lettuce and cheesy Pattie on top. Spread the special burger sauce on the top burger bun and place on top.
Serve with oven chips.
