About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Process Engineer to join our Continuous Improvement team. This full-time role is essential to driving operational excellence across multiple areas, including factory, farming, logistics, sales, and administration.
The successful candidate will lead and support strategic improvement initiatives, focusing on data-driven problem solving, digital integration, and sustainable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and implement process improvements across all departments
- Facilitate Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Lean initiatives to reduce waste and boost efficiency
- Experience with automated workflows using Excel (with VBA), Power Apps, and SharePoint
- Support the integration of optimized processes into MES and SCADA systems
- Create and maintain visual management dashboards for performance tracking
- Standardize and document processes, ensuring scalability and sustainability
- Collaborate across teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
About You
What We’re Looking For
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive, hands-on mindset
Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Process or similar)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process engineering or continuous improvement roles
Strong ability to draw and document processes using tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro
Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD tools for technical design and process layouts
Proficiency in Excel with VBA, plus experience with Power Apps and SharePoint
Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
Familiarity with MES and SCADA systems
