LeaderBrand’s Pouch Pack team is looking for reliable and enthusiastic Packers to join our seasonal operation. This seasonal role offers work through until the end of May, giving you steady work in a warm environment with a great team.

About The Role

As a Packer, you’ll help make sure every product that leaves our line meets our quality standards. You’ll grade out defects, pack to spec, and keep a sharp eye out for anything that could affect safety, performance or quality.

What you’ll do:

  • Follow grading and packing specs with confidence.
  • Speak up quickly about any quality, count or packaging issues.
  • Work with your team to hit daily targets.
  • Use safe work practices and report any concerns straight away.
  • Escalate issues you can’t fix on the spot.
  • Keep your area clean to meet food safety and GMP standards.
  • Support other production tasks you’re trained in.

You’ll work closely with the Production Supervisor, Packing Team Leader and QA team, who will guide tasks and provide feedback on product quality.

About You

To be successful as a Packer, you will:

  • Be comfortable performing repetitive hand and wrist movements
  • Be able to multitask while inspecting product, selecting, turning, rotating and spotting defects
  • Maintain a steady and consistent work rhythm with a strong focus on quality
  • Keep a reliable packing pace to help the team meet daily targets
  • Be reliable, detail focused, safety minded and able to work independently while still being a great team player
