About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Greenhouse Operator to join our team who will play a crucial role in optimising crop production through:
- Work closely with farm managers, the processing team, and your direct team members.
- Operating ag equipment, including tractors and harvesters
- Maintain accurate harvest and production records
- Implement precise fertiliser, pesticide, and irrigation applications.
- Ensure proper functioning and upkeep of machinery and troubleshoot any issues.

About You
- Ability to identify process improvements, big or small
- Prior experience operating tractors.
- Willingness to learn.

- Ability to follow instructions.
- Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to best practices.
- Team player
