Two Fresh Cut Quality Assurance Technician Positions Available
(06:00am – 2:30pm and 02:00pm – 10:30pm)
LeaderBrand Produce Ltd, based in beautiful, sunny Gisborne, is recognised as one of New Zealand’s largest and most diverse horticultural and fresh food businesses. Our Fresh Cut Salad House produces fresh salads that are then sold across New Zealand under our own brand as well as for specific customers.
We currently have two Quality Assurance (QA) Technician vacancy to fill. We are seeking the right person with a sound understanding of food manufacturing and quality control to be part of our LeaderBrand QA team. This position is shift based reporting to the Senior Shift QA Technician. Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.
About The Role
Hours of work for the two available positions are:
- 06:00am – 02:30pm, Monday to Friday (and when required occasional Saturday work).
- 02:00pm – 10:30pm, Monday to Friday (and when required occasional Saturday work).
The QA Technician role involves following our set quality schedule to ensure all sample collections and testing are carried out as required. Results are interpreted and reported accurately to ensure our critical processes are in control and all product is produced within specifications at all times. Training will be provided.
