About The Role

We’re seeking a highly motivated and eager individual to join our team as an Apprentice Mechanic. This is a fantastic opportunity for your career, working alongside our experienced technicians in our modern workshop. You’ll gain valuable experience maintaining and repairing our fleet of light vehicles, tractors, harvesters, and other equipment. With brands such as Toyota, Ford, John Deere, Case, JCB, Cat, and Hitachi, ranging from basic mechanical equipment to satellite-guided machines, automated harvesting, and full electric vehicles.

About You

You bring some hands-on experience in the field of mechanics, a strong work ethic, and you’re eager to learn about automotive and agricultural machinery. We’re looking for someone who is a fast learner, a team player, an excellent communicator, and who is willing to follow instructions. Our ideal candidate lives and breathes mechanical equipment. Tell us about your automotive work history, personal projects, relevant certifications, or what you love learning about in your free time.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A full and valid NZ driver’s licence
  • A genuine interest in the motor trade and enthusiasm for learning
  • Pre-trade certifications would be advantageous but not essential
  • Motivation and willingness to put in the study and work to finish your apprenticeship
