About The Role
We’re looking for someone with strong mechanical understanding, practical experience, and confidence around machinery to join our advanced agricultural engineering workshop as a Parts Advisor. This is a key role supporting the performance of our fleet and the productivity of our workshop team.
You don’t need a parts qualification — but you do need to understand how machines work, enjoy problem solving, and be comfortable in a technical environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Identify and supply the correct parts for repairs and maintenance
- Prepare quotes and support technicians with accurate information
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and workshop parts flow
- Work with suppliers to keep operations running smoothly
- Use digital systems and processes to maintain efficiency
YOU’LL WORK ON:
- Passenger vehicles, tractors, harvesters, and specialist machinery
- Brands like Toyota, Ford, John Deere, Case, JCB, Cat, and Hitachi
- Modern tech such as satellite-guided systems, automated harvesters, and electric vehicles
About You
What you’ll bring
- Solid mechanical understanding from automotive, agricultural, engineering, or hands-on experience
- Confidence identifying components or understanding how systems fit together
- Strong planning, organisation, and computer skills
- Clear communication and a collaborative approach
- Ability to stay effective in a fast-paced environment
- Full NZ driver licence
Parts or inventory experience is an advantage, but not essential — we’ll train you on our systems and processes.
