About The Role

We’re looking for someone with strong mechanical understanding, practical experience, and confidence around machinery to join our advanced agricultural engineering workshop as a Parts Advisor. This is a key role supporting the performance of our fleet and the productivity of our workshop team.

You don’t need a parts qualification — but you do need to understand how machines work, enjoy problem solving, and be comfortable in a technical environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Identify and supply the correct parts for repairs and maintenance
  • Prepare quotes and support technicians with accurate information
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and workshop parts flow
  • Work with suppliers to keep operations running smoothly
  • Use digital systems and processes to maintain efficiency

YOU’LL WORK ON:

  • Passenger vehicles, tractors, harvesters, and specialist machinery
  • Brands like Toyota, Ford, John Deere, Case, JCB, Cat, and Hitachi
  • Modern tech such as satellite-guided systems, automated harvesters, and electric vehicles

About You

What you’ll bring

  • Solid mechanical understanding from automotive, agricultural, engineering, or hands-on experience
  • Confidence identifying components or understanding how systems fit together
  • Strong planning, organisation, and computer skills
  • Clear communication and a collaborative approach
  • Ability to stay effective in a fast-paced environment
  • Full NZ driver licence

Parts or inventory experience is an advantage, but not essential — we’ll train you on our systems and processes.
