We’re looking for a mechanically minded Machine Operator to join our morning shift (6:00am – 2:30pm).

About The Role
As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operation running smoothly—operating dedicated bagging machines that pack our ready-to-eat salads for Kiwi families nationwide.
This is a hands-on role where your problem-solving skills and attention to detail make a real impact. You’ll help maintain the highest quality standards while ensuring production flows seamlessly.
While your main focus will be operating bagging machines, you may also assist in other areas of the plant—because at LeaderBrand, teamwork keeps us moving.
What You’ll Do
- Operate and maintain advanced bagging and sorting machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly to keep production moving.
- Ensure every bag meets strict quality standards—because what you do ends up on someone’s dinner plate.
- Adapt to different areas of production as needed
