About The Role

You’ll be the sole operator of our new carbon robotics Laser Weeder machine – designed to improve crop health and reduce chemical use. This role requires someone who knows their way around tractors and machinery, is detail-focused, and is keen to understand how the machine works inside and out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the Laser Weeder.
  • Monitor machine performance and field results, making adjustments as needed.
  • Carry out regular checks and basic servicing.
  • Work closely with the growing team to support crop health and weed control.
  • Keep accurate operational records.
  • Follow safety procedures and company protocols.
