Rod Snodgrass was appointed to the LeaderBrand Holding Board and made board chair in January 2026.
Rod has a BCA in Finance and is a New Zealand and Australian Fellow Chartered Accountant. He is also a member of NZ Institute of Directors and has a Masters in Growth. He has more than 20 years’ experience in Senior Executive roles specialising in strategy, innovation, digital growth, and transformation in New Zealand. He also is a Global Open ExO Consultant and Community Member.
He has a proven track record in building and executing corporate, market, business and product shaping and building strategies in Telco, media, internet, digital, and energy sectors.
He is currently on the Forsyth Barr Board, ARC Chair, SMX board and Chair, Electric Kiwi Board and Chair. He is also involved in several start-up enterprises as both an investor, mentor, and advisor.
Rod is an advocate for strategic direction and business innovation. His strength on boards is to help companies look at growth, transformation, and change.
