About The Role

Reporting to the Viticulturist, the Vineyard Operations Manager will coordinate and supervise the day-to-day machinery operations across our Gisborne vineyard sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee R&M scheduling and preventative maintenance

Plan and implement work programmes

Provide support to operations and field crews

Play a key role in training and mentoring staff

Coordinate harvest operations

About You

We are seeking a proactive and passionate leader with a minimum of 5 years’ experience across all viticulture disciplines. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of canopy management, pest and disease control, and a solid background in machinery operations. You should also have experience in scheduling and implementing work programmes, and the ability to manage projects effectively.
