As a Production Inspector at LeaderBrand, you will be at the heart of our operations, working within our state of the art salad house and ensuring that every product that leaves our facility meets our exceptional standards.
You’ll collaborate with production and continuous improvement teams, taking proactive measures to address any quality concerns and ensuring that only the best reaches our customers.

Be Proactive: Identify and address quality issues before they escalate.
Monitor Consistency: Oversee raw material mixes and moisture levels for perfect production every time.
Attention to Detail: Inspect packaging quality, ensuring every product is as visually impeccable as it is delicious.
Quality Gatekeeper: Conduct thorough checks in the Blue Room, stopping the line if needed to maintain quality.
Collaborative Innovator: Work with the continuous improvement team to refine and enhance our processes.
Document & Share: Maintain meticulous records and share insights using Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Champion Compliance: Ensure production processes align with operational standards, contributing to continuous improvement.
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for ensuring product excellence. You will bring at least 1 year of experience in production or quality inspection, ideally in a manufacturing setting.
- Quality Savvy: You have a strong grasp of production processes and quality standards.
- Tech-Smart: Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, you’re comfortable documenting and sharing findings.
- Problem Solver: Your proactive mindset and attention to detail make you a critical thinker who tackles challenges head-on.
- Team Player: Your excellent communication skills enable you to work seamlessly across departments.
- Physically Ready: You’re capable of performing inspections in a dynamic production environment.
