LeaderBrand Pukekohe Farm located at 188 Mill Road, Bombay is hiring Operators to join our team.

LeaderBrand has farms in Gisborne, Pukekohe, Matamata and Chertsey, growing approximately 3,500ha of wholesome fresh produce each year for domestic and international customers. About The Role

We require you to hold a NZ driver’s licence Class 1 and added bonus if you have tractor experience (but not essential).  If you enjoy working in the outdoors and the challenge of all weathers thrown at us then that will be a plus. 

We are looking for a quick thinking team member who can follow plans and work with multiple team members, is energetic and owns a ‘can do attitude’, and has a good knowledge around Health and Safety.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have tractor experience, but not essential
  • Hold a NZ drivers licence Class 1
  • Can understand and follow plans, and work with multiple team members
  • Is energetic and owns a ‘can do attitude’
  • Have a good knowledge of Health and Safety
  • Require a Pre-Employment Drug Test
  • Has NZ Residency or a valid work Visa.
