LeaderBrand is on the lookout for a reliable, hands-on Line Technician to support our Fresh Cut production team on the 2:00pm–10:30pm shift at our state of the art processing plant in Gisborne. This is a key operational role focused on maintaining efficient line performance, supporting operators, troubleshooting equipment, and helping deliver quality outcomes across the afternoon and evening.

About The Role
This hands-on role plays a key part in supporting production line performance during the 2:00pm–10:30pm (Taruheru) shift. You’ll work closely with operators to troubleshoot machinery, reduce downtime, and ensure smooth product changeovers and line setups. Minor maintenance tasks will be part of your daily routine, with clear escalation of any technical issues as needed. A strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance is essential, including adherence to GMP and HACCP standards. You’ll also collaborate with the production, engineering, and QA teams to resolve issues quickly and keep things running efficiently.
