At LeaderBrand, we take pride in growing fresh, wholesome vegetables across three beautiful farms in Aotearoa. Our largest farm in Gisborne boasts big open fields and rich soil, perfect for cultivating top-quality produce.
About The Role
Our Makauri Farm in Gisborne is on the lookout for keen individuals to join our Harvest Team. You’ll be part of a fun and hard-working crew, harvesting a variety of fresh seasonal crops – mainly broccoli or iceberg lettuce – to ensure we deliver the best produce to our customers. Bring your positive attitude and sense of humour, and we’ll take care of the rest.

About You
e’re looking for team players who are:
- Reliable and Physically Fit: Ready to tackle the ever-changing outdoor environment
- Team-Oriented: Get stuck in and enjoy the benefits of team success
- Licensed: A restricted of full NZ driver license is preferred, with training available for further skills
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Tractor driving experience
- Machine operating experience
- Class 1 and class 2 license
- Horticultural and outdoors work experience
Successful applicants must pass drug testing as part of the pre-employment process.
