  1. Prepare the LeaderBrand Watermelon
  • Slice the watermelon in half, then cut each half into quarters. 
  • Slice each quarter into smaller wedges, keeping the rind on for easy handling. 
  • Arrange the watermelon slices neatly along one section of the round serving platter. 
  1. Slice the Pineapple
  • Remove the top and bottom of the pineapple. 
  • Cut the pineapple into quarters lengthwise, remove the core, and slice each quarter into bite-sized wedges. 
  • Arrange the pineapple slices next to the watermelon for contrast. 
  1. Rinse and Arrange the Grapes
  • Wash the green and red grapes thoroughly. 
  • Place the grapes on one side of the platter, next to the watermelon 
  1. Add the Stone Fruit and Berries
  • Slice peaches and plums in half, removing the stones. 
  • Place the stone fruit, cherries, strawberries and blueberries together on one side of the platter. 
  1. Create Decorative Oranges and Kiwi
  • Slice the orange and kiwi in half horizontally. 
  • Use a sharp knife to cut small, even triangles around the edges of the cut surface to create a decorative zigzag pattern. 
  • Gently pull the halves apart to reveal the design. 
  • Arrange the decorative orange and kiwi pieces on the platter. 
  1. Fill in the Gaps and Garnish
  • Use extra berries or cherries to fill any gaps on the platter. 
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves for a vibrant and refreshing finish.
