As a Machine Operator, you’ll join our skilled team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring that our cutting-edge machinery operates at peak efficiency to deliver the freshest products to our customers. About The Role

This is an afternoon shift position, with hours from 2 PM to 10:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate and maintain state-of-the-art bagging and sorting machinery to ensure smooth, efficient production.
  • Tackle a variety of challenges, including fault-finding, quality control, and managing production flow.
  • Apply your problem-solving skills to maintain seamless operations and uphold high-quality standards.
  • Ensure the consistent quality of our fresh produce from “garden gate to dinner plate.”

About You

You’ve got a solid work ethic and a genuine interest in machine operation within the food production industry. If you’re a quick learner, organised, possess strong mechanical aptitude, excel in teamwork, and have great communication skills, we want to hear from you.

Experience as a Machine Operator is an advantage, but not essential, as we offer thorough on-the-job training. Our ideal candidate is mechanically inclined and eager to contribute to a top-performing team.
