Account Manager – Retail

We are a family business, that is a category leader across our product base through Retail, Foodservice and QSR channels in New Zealand. We are committed to excellence of delivery to our customer’s, while making sure we have some fun and not taking ourselves too seriously on the way there. 

Working within the Sales & Marketing team you are customer facing, representing our business and our products to a high standard daily. With your peers and customers, you will contribute to and execute weekly plans for products showing a good attention to detail and considered personal engagement, building strong relationships within our team, customers, and wider business.

About The Role

Reporting into one of our Business Managers, we are looking for an Account Manager who has a great attitude, is proactive, a good communicator and plans well with a high level of integrity. 

Customer Service

  • Relationships are key to success, develop and maintain them to a high degree and work with the person to find positive change
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear and concise communication
  • Excellent time management and management of expectations
  • Be proud and take pride in the product you are shipping to your customer.

  • Identify risks to value and volume, communicate early.
  • Be engaged with the wider team, contribute, clarify, and act.
  • Communicate and escalate issues early to allow others to help and mitigate risk.
