1. Cut sweet corn off the husks, mix with sour cream. 2. Mix all ingredients in bowl and spoon into medium hot pan with oil and butter until brown. 3. Put on double paper towel to absorb all the oil. Serve hot. 4. Delicious served with a creamy sweet chilli sauce – ½ c sour cream and 2 T sweet chilli sauce.
