B.L.A.T wrap

Ingredients: 
  • 8 slices bacon, rind removed and diced
  • 1 t oil
  • 4 tortillas or pita breads
  • 1 C Lettuce shredded, 
  • 1 avocado - peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 T favourite mayonnaise or dressing
              
    1. Heat oil in pan, fry bacon until crispy or to your liking.
    2. Warm tortillas in hot oven for 1-2 minutes or until soft.
    3. Spread 1 T mayonnaise/dressing down the center of each tortilla. Layer bacon, avocado, tomato and lettuce over the dressing.
    4. Assemble the tortilla like you are creating a pocket i.e. fold bottom third of tortilla up over the filling. Take the left and right sides of the tortilla (the part that has no filling on it) and fold over the filling creating an easy-to-eat pocket.
    5. Serve immediately and enjoy.
