Thai Chicken Stir-fry  Ingredients 1 tbsp oil 500g (18oz) thin strips of chicken or beef 500g (18oz) LeaderBrand Stirfry or Broccoslaw 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Coriander 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Chilli 1 tbsp Gourmet Garden Garlic 1/4 cup soy sauce  1. Heat oil in a wok or pan.
2. Add strips of chicken or beef. Add Gourmet Garden Garlic and  stir-fry until browned. 3. Add vegetables. Stir-fry for 3 minutes or until vegies are just tender. 4. Toss through Gourmet Garden Chilli and Coriander. Mix through soy sauce and a dash of honey if desired. Heat through and serve with rice. Serves 4
